Jennifer Salwen-Grabowski, LMSW

Jen received her Master's in Social Work from Syracuse University and is a member of the National Association of Social Workers. She is a trained EMDR therapist by the Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing International Association (EMDRIA). She is certified by the Association for Conflict Resolution as a Divorce Mediator.

Jen's training and work experience ranges from advanced training in after-trauma work, to crisis management and mediation. Her areas of interest and expertise include eating disorders, grief work, and the treatment of depression, anxiety and stress. Jen welcomes all individuals, couples and families with respect and sensitivity.

Jen works in a safe, confidential atmosphere where, together, you will be empowered to consider your current situation in the context of your personal history and life experiences. Through working collaboratively and openly you will begin to see yourself, your relationships, and the world in a new light. She looks forward to working with you as you overcome challenges and move towards leading a more fulfilling life.
